Announces Institution of restructuring procedure in the enterprise to be privatized "SRPSKA FABRIKA STAKLA" AD Paraćin, Staklarska 1-3, 35 250 Paraćin

According to the Article 7 of the Decree on the Procedure and Method of Restructuring of Enterprises and Other Legal Entities ("Official Gazette RS" No. 1/02), and in respect of the Decision on Restructuring No. R – 08/05-OD dated 01.02.2005, the Privatization Agency

1. The Privatization Agency announces the institution of restructuring procedure in the enterprise to be privatized "SRPSKA FABRIKA STAKLA" AD Paraćin, Staklarska 1-3, 35 250 Paraćin, regarding submission of evidence of claims towards the enterprise by legal and physical persons.

3. Creditors of the enterprise are to register their claims in accordance with the Article 8 of the Decree on the Procedure and Method of Restructuring of Enterprises and Other Legal Entities, with collection account on the day of the announcement’s publication in Official Gazette RS. Claim form is to be submitted at the address: Slobodan Baletić, General Manager, "SRPSKA FABRIKA STAKLA" AD Paraćin, Staklarska 1-3, 35 250 Paraćin, 8:00 - 14:00 on weekdays, personally or by post, registered mail.
   
4. Closing date for submission of the claim forms is 30 days from the day of the announcement’s publication in "The Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia".
   
5. Claims which are not registered in the previously described way cannot be settled.
