Extension to Public Invitation For participation in the Public Tender for the acquisition of 51.18% of the total capital in: "Jagodinska pivara"- fabrika slada, piva, kvasca i bezalkoholnih pića, a.d. Jagodina

In accordance with Article 28 of the Law on Privatization (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia Nos. 38/2001 and 18/2003), the Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter "the PA”) hereby issues an:



The PA wishes to inform interested parties on the extension of deadlines from the Public Invitation for participation in a public tender process for the sale of capital of the Entity undergoing privatization, published in "Politika” daily newspaper on December 30th, 2004.

1. Deadline to submit a Request for Purchasing Tender Documents in respect of the Entity undergoing privatization has been extended to February 14th 2005.
   
2. All other details of the Public Invitation shall remain unchanged and available online at: http://www.priv.yu/vesti/pdf/e-tender_12022_jp.pdf
