In accordance with Article 28 of the Law on Privatization (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia nos. 38/2001, 18/2003 and 135/2004), the Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter: "the PA”) hereby issues a


for participation in a public tender for the sale of 70% of socially owned capital in:

Poljoprivredno industrijski kombinat "Agrounija" društveno preduzeće sa p.o. Inđija

announced on the internet site of the PA (www.priv.yu) on January 5th 2005

1. Section 4 A. b) has been changed to read as follows:
   "or is a financial investor (whose core activity is investment, existing for at least 3 years, and inter alia includes investment companies and/or fund management companies, mutual funds, insurance companies, pension funds, international financial institutions and investment banks) with total assets exceeding Euro 20,000,000.00 (twenty million Euro) in 2003;”
   
2. Section 4 B. b) has been changed to read as follows:
