Correction of Public Announcement for Participation in the Public Auction "AUTOPREVOZ", VRNJAČKA BANJA

According to the Article 5. paragraph 3 of the Decree on Sale of Capital and/or Property by Public Auction ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” no. 45/2001, 45/2002 and 19/2003) the Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia herby publishes:



Auction sale code 061103-0879 organized for sale of capital and/or property of Socially owned company for transport, trade, repair, tourism and restaurant management "AUTOPREVOZ", VRNJAČKA BANJA

1. According to the authority granted in Public Announcement for participating in the Public Auction published in "Politika” 03.10.2003 where the Agency has the right to change the date of the auction and application deadline if necessary, therefore the Privatization Agency would like to inform interested parties about changing of the date, place and time of public auction.
   
2. The Public auction for sale of capital and/or property of Socially owned company for transport, trade, repair, tourism and restaurant management "AUTOPREVOZ",
   VRNJAČKA BANJA will take place on 04.12.2003 at: Yugoslav Chamber of Commerce, Terazije 23/II, Beograd at 11:00 a.m. Registration of the participants will take place on 26.06.2003. at the same address from 09.00 until 10.50
   
3. Purchase of auction documentation is obligatory for those wishing to participate in the auction and is permitted until 25.11.2003.
   
4. Deadline for submitting of applications is 26.11.2003. till 17.00
