Notice on extension of the public invitation for participation in a Public Tender for the acquisition of a controlling interest in: DP SIK Kucevo, Kucevo

In accordance with Article 28. of the Law on Privatisation (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia no. 38/2001 and 18/2003), the Privatization Agency (hereinafter the "PA”) hereby issues a:



In respect of the Public Invitation issued in FT on August 05, 2003 the PA hereby notifies potential bidders of an extension of the Public Invitation for participation in a tender process for the acquisition of a controlling interest in SIK Kucevo. The PA wishes to inform potential bidders that the new deadlines are as follows:

1. The deadline for submitting requests for Tender Documents purchase has been extended to October 17, 2003.
   
2. Bid submission date has been extended to November 28, 2003. by 17:00 hours (Belgrade time).
   
3. All communications or inquiries relating to this extension and revision notice should be directed to the Adviser’s contact persons named below:
