Pursuant to authorization from the Public Invitation published on 26 May 2015 at the Privatization Agency website
www.priv.rs and in the daily newspaper "Politika", procedure code JP 20/15 (hereinafter: Public Invitation), the
Privatization Agency (hereinafter: Agency) announces:
AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO PUBLIC INVITATION
for participation in the procedure of public collection of bids with subsequent public bidding
for the sale of capital of privatization entity
AD “ELEKTROPORCELAN“ ARANĐELOVAC

Procedure code: JP 20/15
Privatization Agency hereby informs all interested persons about the modifications of the Public Invitation, procedure
code: JP 20/15, in the following manner:
1. Paragraph 2 of Section 3 shall be deleted.
2. Section 4 paragraph 1 shall be amended to read as follows:
“Starting price of the offered subject of sale is EUR 4,196,219.15.“
3. Section 6 paragraph 3 shall be amended to read as follows:
“A written request for purchase of the sales documents (hereinafter: Request), shall be submitted by interested person to
the Agency in writing to the address Terazije 23, 11000 Beograd, Republika Srbija, and/or fax no.: +381 (11) 30 20 881 or
via e-mail at amomcilovic@priv.rs and bstepic@priv.rs with clear reference "Request for Purchase of the Sales
Documents - procedure code: JP 20/15”.
4. Section 7 paragraph 1 shall be amended to read as follows:
“All interested persons shall pay the deposit for participation in the Procedure, in the amount of EUR 419,621.91 or in
RSD counter value calculated at the medium exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia at the invoicing date, all in the
manner set forth in Instructions to Bidders”.
5. All other data pertaining to this Public Invitation shall remain unchanged.
