Based on authorization from the Public Invitation published on May 27th 2015 at Privatization Agency’s internet presentation www.priv.rs and in “Politika” daily newspaper, Privatization Agency (hereinafter: Agency) announces:
AMENDMENTS NO 1 TO THE PUBLIC INVITATION
for participation in the procedure of public collection of bids
with subsequent public bidding for the sale of assets of the privatization entity
MAJEVICA HOLDING AKCIONARSKO DRUŠTVO BAČKA PALANKA and its subsidiaries

PUBLIC INVITATION for participation in the procedure of public collection of bids with subsequent public bidding for the sale of assets of the privatization entity MAJEVICA HOLDING AKCIONARSKO DRUŠTVO BAČKA PALANKA and its subsidiaries “Majevica- Mašine alatke“ AD, Bačka Palanka, “Majevica- Poljooprema“ AD Bačka Palanka, “Majevica- Pumpe i cisterne“ AD Bačka Palanka i “Majevica- Livnica“ AD Bačka Palanka (hereinafter: Public Invitation), published on May 27th 2015 in “Politika” daily newspaper, is hereby amended in sections pertaining to the deadlines for availability of the sale documents, purchase of the sale documents, submission of application, opening of the Main Envelope and envelop marked with „Information about the Bidder“.
1. In point 5. of the Public Invitation, paragraph 1 is amended to read as follows:
“Interested persons may submit their applications for participation in the procedure at the latest by 12 August 2015 until 14:00 pm Belgrade time.“
2. In point 6. of the Public Invitation, paragraphs 5. and 6. are amended to read as follows:
“The deadline for submitting a written request for purchase of the sales documents is 31 July, 2015 until 15:00 pm Belgrade time.
Sales Documents shall be available as of July 24, 2015.”
3. In point 9. of the Public Invitation, paragraph 1 is amended to read as follows:
“Opening of the Main Envelope and the envelope marked with “Information about the Bidder” is scheduled for 14 August 2015 at the Agency’s premises: Terazije 23, 11000 Beograd, 8th floor, Hall no. 1, at 10:00 am Belgrade time.”
4. All other information ceoncerning the Public Invitation shall remain unchanged.

6. If necessary, the Agency reserves the right to amend all or some of the elements of Public Invitation.
