Pursuant to the authorization from Public Invitation published on the Privatization Agency’s website www.priv.rs on 25 May 2015 and in the daily newspaper «Politika» (hereinafter: Public Invitation), the Privatization Agency announces:
AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PUBLIC INVITATION
for public collection of bids with subsequent public bidding
for sale of the assets of the privatization subject
Socially owned enterprise INDUSTRIJA STAKLA (GLASS INDUSTRY) PANČEVO, PANČEVO

1. Paragraph 1, item 5 shall be amended to read as follows:
Interested persons may submit their applications for participation in the procedure at the latest by 12 Auust 2015 until 15:00 hours Belgrade time.
2. Paragraph 5 and 6, item 6 shall be amended to read as follows:
Purchase of the sales documents shall last from 17 July 2015 until 05 August 2015. The sales documents will be available from 22 July 2015.
3. Paragraph 1, item 9 shall be amended to read as follows:
Opening of the Main envelope and the envelope marked with” Information about the Bidder” is scheduled for 14 August 2015 in the Agency’s premises at: Terazije 23, 11000 Beograd, IIIrd floor at 12:00 hours Belgrade time.
4. All other details of the Public Invitation remain unchanged.
