Pursuant to the authorization from Public Invitation published on the Privatization Agency’s website www.priv.rs on 26 May 2015 and in the daily newspaper «Politika» (hereinafter: Public Invitation), the Privatization Agency announces:
AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PUBLIC INVITATION
FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEDURE OF PUBLIC COLLECTION OF BIDS
WITH SUBSEQUENT PUBLIC BIDDING
FOR THE SALE OF CAPITAL OF PRIVATIZATION ENTITY
JOINT STOCK COMPANY FOR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION BRATSTVO JEDINSTVO NEUZINA

1. Paragraph 1, item 5 shall be amended to read as follows:
Interested persons may submit their applications for participation in the procedure at the latest by 31 July 2015 until 15:00 hours Belgrade time.
2. Paragraph 5, item 6 shall be amended to read as follows:
Purchase of the sales documents shall last until 24 July 2015 (until 15:00 hours, Belgrade time). The sales documents will be available from 06 July 2015.
3. Paragraph 1, item 9 shall be amended to read as follows:
Opening of the Main envelope and the envelope marked with” Information about the Bidder” is scheduled for 04 August 2015 in the Agency’s premises at: Terazije 23, 11000 Beograd, IIIrd floor at 14:00 hours Belgrade time.
4. All other details of the Public Invitation remain unchanged.
