Pursuant to the authorization from the Public Invitation published on the Privatization Agency’ website www.priv.rs and in the daily newspaper "Politika" (hereinafter: Public Invitation) on April 1, 2015, the Privatization Agency announces:
AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PUBLIC INVITATION
for participation in the procedure of public collection of bids
with subsequent public bidding
for the sale of 70,00000% of the total registered capital of Privatization Entity
ELEKTROIZGRADNjA AD, BAJINA BAŠTA
(hereinafter: Privatization Entity)
Procedure Code: JP 09/15
Privatization Agency hereby informs all interested persons on the amendments to Public Invitation for participation in the procedure of public collection of bids with subsequent public bidding for the sale of 290.087 shares CFI code ESVUFR, ISIN No. RSEIBBE81150, owned by Privatization Agency, which represents 70,00000% of the total capital of Privatization Entity, in the following manner:
1. Part of the Public Invitation referring the basic information on the procedure of the sale of capital by public collection of bids with subsequent public bidding shall be modified to read as follows:
Completed application has to be submitted in closed envelope (Main Envelope) labelled “Application for Participation in the Procedure of Public Collection of Bids with Public Bidding - Sales Code ЈP 09/15”.
