Pursuant to authorization from Section 7. of the Public Invitation for selection of strategic investor, which invitation was published in the daily newspaper “Politika“ on February 20 2015 and on the Privatization Agency’s website www.priv.rs, all in acccordance with the RS Government Conclusion 05 no. 023-2987/2015 dated March 19, 2015, Privatization Agency (hereinafter: the Agency )hereby announces:
AMENDMENT NO.1 TO PUBLIC INVITATION
for selection of strategic investor
for the company Korporacija Fabrika Automobila Priboj a.d. Priboj,

Public Invitation for selection of strategic investor for the company Korporacija Fabrika Automobila Priboj a.d. Priboj, registration number: 07210434 (hereinafter: Public Invitation), published in the daily newspaper “Politika“ on February 20 2015, shall be amended in the section referring to the time limits for purchase of the privatization documents and submission of applications for participation.
1. In Section 4. of the Public Invitation paragraph 3 shall be amended to read as follows:
Request has to be delivered to the Agency until 27 March, 2015, at the latest.
2. In Section 5 of the Public Invitation paragraph 1 shall be amended to read as follows:
Final deadline for submission of Applications is April 27, 2015, until 15:00 (Belgrade time).
Application shall be submitted to the Agency within closed envelope, together with the bid and all in accordance with the manner defined in Instruction to Bidders
3. All other data pertaining to the Public Invitation shall remain the same.
