Pursuant to the authorization from Public Invitation published on the Privatization Agency’s website www.priv.rs on 20 February 2015 and in the daily newspaper «Politika» (hereinafter: Public Invitation), the Privatization Agency announces:
AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO PUBLIC INVITATION
for participation in public collection of bids with public bidding
for the sale of 93,96306% of the total capital of privatization entity
KRUŠIK-PLASTIKA JSC, OSEČINA
(hereinafter: Privatization entity)
Procedure Code: JP 02/15
Privatization Agency informs all interested parties on amendments to Public invitation for participation in the procedure of public collection of bids with public bidding for the sale of 167,694 shares CFI code ESVUFR, ISIN number RSKRPLE72016, owned by the Privatization Agency and the Shareholders Fund jsc, Belgrade, which represents 93.96306% of the total capital of Privatization entity, to read as follows:
1. The section Basic Information about the Company shall furthermore include that the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Conclusion 05 No: 023-2265 / 2015 as of 5 March 2015, by which the state creditors are obliged to write off the Privatization entity’s debt as of 31 December 2013, if the Company’s capital is sold in the process of privatization.
2. The deadlines are amended as follows:
The deadline for submission of a written request for purchase of the sales documents is 6 April, 2015. Interested parties may submit applications for participation in the procedure at the latest by 20 April 2015 until 12.00 h local time.
Opening of the Main Envelope and the envelope with reference "Information about the Bidder" will be held on 22 April 2015 at 12.00 h, in the Privatization Agency at: Terazije 23, 11000 Belgrade, on the 3rd floor, office no. 301.
Opening of the "Bid" envelope will be held on 5 May, 2015, at 11,00h local time.
