Dear Sirs,
Thank you for your letter in which you have expressed interest in participation in the process of privatization of the remaining social and public capital and/or assets of privatization entities.
Since the deadlines for submission of the letters of interest have expired, the Agency made proposals for respective methods, models and measures for further implementation of privatization for those companies for which the business is assessed as sustainable, based on expressed interested of potential investors and business viability of particular entity. The Ministry of Economy shall then render the decisions on the model, method and measures for preparation and disburdening the entity until December 1, 2014.
After the Ministry of Economy makes decisions on the model and method of privatization, the Agency shall, for each privatization entity, announce the Public Invitation for the sale of capital and/or assets or Public Invitation for selection of strategic partner, depending on asserted privatization model. Public Invitation will include all relevant information along with initial price and the time limits for participation in the privatization procedure. Public Invitation shall be announced in at least one widely circulated daily newspaper distributed throughout the territory of the Republic of Serbia as well as on the Agency’s website.
Privatization Agency will notify you via email of the announced Public Invitation for the privatization entity for which you have expressed interest in submitted letter, so that you could participate in further process of privatization.
