On Friday, August 15th, the Agency shall announce on its official website the public invitation for collection of letters of interest for privatization of 502 companies and their subsidiaries, in line with the new Law on Privatization that came into force today.
The notice on announced public invitation will also be published in well renowned newspaper Financial Times and national public information media.
Public invitation pertains also to public media and communication companies that are being privatized in line with the new Law on Public Information.
Privatization Agency shall not announce public invitation for companies that employ persons with disabilities and companies from defense industry, given that these entities have been exempt from privatization under the new Law on Privatization.
